Peruvian Moments on 35mm
Fifteen pictures on 35mm film, from the Pacific coast up into the Andes. In Lima the series stays mostly around Miraflores: palms over the ocean, a lifeguard tower on a hazy beach, the Club Regatas pier and busy streets with buses and colonial facades. In Cusco the light gets sharper and the colours warmer: terracotta roofs under green hills, blue wooden balconies, a steep cobbled lane, a dog by an old wooden door and the cathedral on the main square under its flags. Llamas graze among the stone walls of Saqsaywaman, and the ruins of Pisac look out over Andean peaks.
