Fishermen's houses in the cove of Fourkovouni

The little settlement of Fourkovouni on Milos sits under a rust-coloured rocky hillside. White fishermen's houses stand right at the water's edge, their doors painted blue, yellow and orange. The sea is so clear that you can see the dark rocks on the bottom through the turquoise shallows, and a few people are swimming near the shore. Two small boats at anchor, and a mountainous island on the horizon.
